08:00 am: The guide pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to Hoang Su Phi. On the way, you will experience a change of scenery as you enter the mountainous northern regions. Arriving in the town of Tuyen Quang you will enjoy a local style lunch and then continue to Hoang Su Phi, a remote and stunning area where you stay in a lodge accommodation for the night. Arrive in Hoang Su Phi, check in Pan Hou Ecolodge and free time for relaxing.

Hotel in Hoang Su Phi Day 2: Trekking Thong Nguyen – Nam Hong Village
After the breakfast at lodge, you start trekking to Nam Hong Village (5 -6 hours) passing rice terrace fields, mountainous scenery, bamboo forests and houses of the hill tribes. The hill tribe group here is mainly Man Ta Pan and long-dress Dzao. Stop for a picnic lunch en route. Overnight at home stay in a Man Ta Pan or Dzao house.

Today embark on a 5 -6 hour trek to the local hilltribe village of Phin Ho, an area known for its special herbal teas. Lunch at a Red Dao hilltribe village in Giang and learn about the local culture. Continue through lush valleys, passing remote villages and hilltribes en route to Phin Ho Village. The car pick you up and transfer you back to Pan Hou Village for overnight.

We were picked up promptly at 8am by our driver on a private air conditioned car with our tour guide Mr. Hung. Having someone like Mr. Hungwho was both knowledgeable about all of the locations we visited and who was also very friendly and accommodating to our desires was definitely complete our adventure in a strange country like Vietnam. Mr Hung always paid attention to small details, he raised his hands when we were in slippery and wet corner. We had a great chance to walk around many terrace fields, mountainous scenery, bamboo forests with lots of great photo opportunities. You will never know how a magnificent Ha Giang highland is until you are here. The landscapes were just breath-taking.The temperature was quite cool and our recommendation is to wear long trousers and sweater or warm jacket. The adventure was well worth it and we felt thatwe had the best guide ever. Strongly recommend Trekking HaGiangcompany!

Reviewed On: Jun 16, 2016You won’t never regret if taking this tour because I have already experienced it 2 weeks ago in my break time after work. I’ve been staying in Ha Noi for months and this is my first time discovering the places nearby. Recommended by my college, I took this tour for my weekend trip. This is the great chance to get away from you busy life. I took a long walk with them to visit the hill tribe village situated on the mountain when we arrived. It was quite tiring because of the weather, however the beauty of nature around will ease your case. Reaching the village and had lunch with the local, we did have a great conversation to learn about their culture and traditional foods even costumes. It was a great time spending with them and enjoyed myself after a long time staying in Ha Noi. Lots of thanks!

The scenary was changed from the city to the mountain in the sudden way and I was like being deep in the nature. Enjoyed the meal as the local style was one of my favorite thing in this trip helping me have a feeling of experience more than tourist. Thanks for arranging this trip !
